Job Overview Fresher Pressure Washing LLC is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results\-driven Commercial Outside Sales Representative to help grow our commercial client base. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities with restaurants, retail centers, property managers, apartment communities, HOAs, office buildings, banks, and other commercial properties throughout the Houston area. The ideal candidate is comfortable approaching businesses, speaking with owners and managers, identifying exterior cleaning needs, building relationships, following up with prospects, and closing new accounts. This is a performance\-driven sales position for someone who is self\-motivated, confident communicating with business owners and decision\-makers, and interested in earning based on results.
