**Job Title:** Safety \& Fire Protection Unit Manager **Department:** Environmental Health \& Safety Team **Shift:** Core Business hours are Monday\-Friday, 8am\-5pm **Direct Report:** EHS Director **Type:** Exempt; Full\-time **About the position** ====================== We are looking for a Safety \& Fire Unit Manager to provides strategic and operational leadership for the site's safety and fire protection programs, ensuring full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA/TOSHA, NFPA, and corporate standards. This role oversees hot work, chemical/SDS management, fire suppression and alarm systems, confined space, safe machine operations, emergency response, and all safety‑related matters across the TP campus. The Unit Manager leads a team of safety and fire protection professionals, manages regulatory inspections and TOSHA requests, drives investments and special projects, and ensures strong performance in both leading and lagging indicators.
