**Department:** Operations **Reports To:** Director of Operations **Classification:** Full\-Time \| Exempt **Location:** On\-Site – This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. **Position Summary** The Materials \& Purchasing Specialist is responsible for the ownership and continuous improvement of the Company's purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and material\-management processes. This position will learn the Company's current systems, including Dataforma, and will be expected to identify gaps, improve workflows, resolve issues, and build stronger purchasing and inventory controls. The role operates under general direction from the Director of Operations and requires independent judgment, problem solving, and cross\-functional coordination. **Key Responsibilities** * Own the purchasing process from material request through ordering, delivery, reconciliation, returns, credits, and PO closeout. * Maintain the warehouse and material storage areas, including stock organization, inventory levels, weekly stock orders, transfers, returns, and material availability. * Coordinate the flow of materials between vendors, the warehouse, and jobsites, ensuring materials are properly ...
