Essential/Primary Job Duties: * Review all non\-committee underwriting requests to ensure consistency with the Bank's credit philosophy, underwriting standards, risk appetite, and applicable policies * Evaluate financial statements, cash flow performance, repayment capacity, collateral support, guarantor strength, borrowing purpose, and material credit risks for assigned credit requests * Provide timely feedback to the appropriate staff and departments * Identify and escalate significant credit concerns, underwriting deficiencies, policy exceptions, and regulatory issues as appropriate * Review and approve 1\-4 Family Construction Status forms and ADC Loan Reclassification forms as assigned * Review Annual Credit Exposure Reviews for accuracy, completeness, risk assessment quality, and timely completion * Support the timely preparation of complete and accurate credit packages for approving authorities * Directly supervise Credit Analysts and maintain day\-to\-day responsibility for performance, workflow, development, and accountability * Provide ongoing training, coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance to credit staff * Coordinate workload needs between analysts and underwrite...
