Corporate Controller Liberty Waste Solutions \& Waste Eliminator**Position Summary** -------------------- The Corporate Controller leads Liberty Waste Solutions and Waste Eliminator's accounting and financial reporting functions, owning an accurate, timely close and a strong internal control environment across all operating entities. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and manages the accounting team, serving as a key finance partner to operations, the executive team, lenders and auditors. The role can be based out of Norcross or Gainesville, GA or Raleigh, NC.**Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ **Accounting operations and close*** Direct day\-to\-day accounting: general ledger, AP, AR, billing, payroll accounting, fixed assets and route\-level cost accounting * Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close; deliver accurate financials on a defined calendar * Review and approve account reconciliations and journal entries, including accruals, intercompany and eliminations **Financial reporting and analysis*** Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP * Produce monthly management reporting with variance analysis against budget and...
