**Location: US Remote** This is a broad finance seat anchored in billing and revenue reporting to the VP of Finance. Your core responsibility is owning billing and accounts receivable end to end, including getting invoices out accurately and on time, managing collections, resolving billing questions, and running monthly revenue accounting under ASC 606\. Beyond that, you’ll be a key member of a small finance team that covers everything from close to forecasting to systems, and you’ll take on whatever the business needs most. We’re looking for a strong all\-around accountant who is smart, hungry, hands\-on, and who wants broader responsibility in a fast\-moving company, not a specialist. This is not a technical accounting or head\-of\-revenue role. **What You’ll Do:** * Prepare and issue customer invoices from contract terms, POs, and usage data; own the billing calendar. * Own AR — cash application, collections, customer billing questions, and monthly aging/DSO reporting. * Read contracts and SOWs, understand the billing mechanics, and translate them into billing and revenue schedules — flagging anything unusual for review. * Run monthly revenue recognition, including deferred and ...
