**Overview** ------------ We are seeking **Logistics Coordinator** to join our **team** in **Hawaii.** The Logistics Coordinator plans and executes the day\-to\-day logistics required to outfit, relocate, activate, and transition healthcare facilities. Working under the Project Manager, this role coordinates receiving, warehousing, delivery, installation readiness, phased moves, reuse, and disposition activities so that equipment and furnishings arrive safely, are accounted for, and are available when clinical spaces are ready for turnover. **Your role** ------------- * Coordinate inbound shipments, receiving appointments, delivery schedules, staging plans, and final deployment of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and supplies. * Maintain accurate receiving, inventory, chain\-of\-custody, shortage, damage, and delivery\-status records; reconcile records with purchase orders, packing lists, asset data, and project tracking tools. * Coordinate warehouse operations, including space planning, racking or floor staging, labeling, security, environmental requirements, material handling equipment, and periodic inventory counts. * Develop and update room\-by\-room delivery, installation, and ...
