**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** **Position purpose:** The Project Manager, Construction advises the project owner about construction and design projects. Oversees the construction project during each phase. **Minimum qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business or related field with health care emphasis; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job. * Three years of owner's representative/project management experience. * Strong knowledge of project management, change management, process improvement principles and methods. Strong project leadership skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain productive working partnerships. Ability to engage cross\-functional work teams and influence outcomes.
