MIG emphasizes disciplined underwriting, hands\-on asset management, and strong third\-party operating partnerships to drive long\-term value creation. **POSITION SUMMARY** The Multifamily Asset Management Analyst supports senior Asset and Revenue Managers in executing business plans across MIG’s multifamily portfolio of over 6,200 units in Arizona, California, Colorado and Washington. This role blends financial analysis with operational oversight, working closely with third\-party property management teams to drive performance, accountability, and value creation.
