Position Summary The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a key member of the hotel leadership team and is responsible for supporting the General Manager in the overall operation, performance, and profitability of the Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham. The AGM provides leadership and direction to hotel departments, ensures consistent execution of Hilton brand standards, and promotes an exceptional guest and team member experience. The AGM serves as a hands\-on leader who supports daily operations, develops team members, maintains accountability, and assists in achieving the hotel's financial, operational, and guest satisfaction goals.
