**Job Summary** Wine.com is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Wine.com. This role is integral to the success of our Westbury, New York, fulfillment center. The Operations Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the seamless execution of our daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational plans. FULL\-TIME, EXEMPT \- COMPLETELY ON\-SITE (NO REMOTE WORK CAPABILITY) Key responsibilities include maintaining strict adherence to established policies and procedures, managing staffing requirements, and overseeing all logistic center functions. These functions encompass purchasing, receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing, shipping, and other essential operations.
