**About the Role:** Mueller Water Conditioning is expanding our Dallas/Fort Worth office, servicing all of North Texas. We are seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to take full oversight of our daily field operations, dispatching, and inventory control. This role balances two primary functions: providing hands\-on, in\-field support to technicians and collaborating with the Branch Manager to oversee project logistics, scheduling, and execution. You will work independently to drive branch efficiency, maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times, and serve as the primary administrative point of contact for our commercial clients. **Responsibilities:** * Act as a Project Manager, assisting the Service Supervisor with the installation of water treatment systems from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to company standards. * Maintain full oversight of daily field operations, customer service metrics, and safety protocols. * Lead and formally document weekly and monthly safety meetings for all field technicians. * Supervise and coordinate the activities of installation teams, working in the field alongside technicians to ensure logistical ...
