**Job Summary:** The Marketing Manager will own and execute all marketing operations for our Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) practice. In this end\-to\-end in\-house role, you will bridge content creation and technical marketing handling video capture, graphic design, social media, paid ads (PPC/Paid Social), and SEO. You will work directly with our physicians, audiologists, and clinical team to showcase our specialized treatments (e.g., sinus, allergy, hearing/audiology, facial plastics, sleep apnea) and drive patient appointments. **Key Responsibilities:Content Creation \& Media Production** · **Video Recording \& Editing:** Shoot, script, and edit high\-quality short\-form and long\-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, educational patient videos, doctor interviews). · **Graphic Design:** Design digital and print assets, including social media posts, website banners, patient education flyers, brochures, event materials, and digital signage. · **Storytelling:** Translate complex medical/ENT topics into engaging, easy\-to\-understand content for patients. **Paid Advertising \& Lead Generation (SEM)** · **Paid Search (Google Ads):** Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns tar...
