**About the Role** As an Accountant, you will support the company’s financial reporting and accounting processes by ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards. You will contribute to the month\-end close process, perform account analysis, and partner with cross\-functional teams to support business operations and financial integrity. **What You’ll Do** * Prepare SEC filings (10\-Q, 10\-K, Proxy, etc.), ensuring accurate and timely reporting and offering best practice suggestions * Record journal entries and support the month\-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting * Prepare and maintain account reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances * Review transactions and contracts to determine appropriate accounting treatment in accordance with U.S. GAAP * Assist in the preparation of financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation * Support internal and external reporting requirements, including audit requests and compliance activities * Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement * Collaborate with business partners to ensure accura...
