Description: **The Role** This is a player\-coach leadership role responsible for the day\-to\-day operation of our service and repair shop in Beaumont. You'll lead a team of technicians and machinists while helping troubleshoot difficult repairs, reviewing tear\-downs, supporting rebuild work, and ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to OEM standards. The shop supports the repair and rebuild of industrial pumps, rotating equipment, and related components, along with in\-house manual machining capabilities. You'll be responsible for setting priorities, managing workflow, supporting the team, and maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and execution. This is a hands\-on leadership role – you need enough pump and rotating equipment experience to troubleshoot difficult jobs, coach mechanics, and maintain credibility with the shop. This role works closely with our Repair Coordinators (RC), Repair Engineers (RE), Sales Support Specialists (SSS), and Sales Engineers, who handle much of the quoting, documentation, and administrative side of the business.
