**The Opportunity** The VP of Marketing will define and lead the strategy, execution, and growth of CXtec’s marketing organization, with direct accountability for accelerating revenue growth, gross margin dollars (GM$), and enterprise growth. The VP will operate as a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership, building a high\-performing marketing engine that creates demand, generates qualified pipeline, accelerates sales, and expands customer relationships. This role offers a $155,000–$225,000 base salary, plus eligibility for a meaningful annual performance\-based bonus.
