The University of Texas, home of the Texas Longhorns, was founded in 1883 and is located in the heart of downtown Austin. UT proudly supports more than 500 student\-athletes in a successful and broad\-based NCAA Division I intercollegiate program. This Registered Dietitian will serve as an active team member between the Texas Athletics Performance Nutrition \& 1883 Provisions Co. Food Service staffs, merging knowledge, expertise, and passion in both areas to bring goals into action at the Texas Athletics Nutrition Center.
