**A Day in the Life of a Project Manager** As a Project Manager, you'll start your day by reviewing active projects, priorities, budgets, and schedules to ensure work is progressing toward successful and profitable completion. You'll manage projects valued over $100K within a single business line, overseeing daily activities and coordinating teams, resources, and timelines. You'll evaluate scopes of work, monitor project costs, and ensure quality standards are consistently met while keeping customers and stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Throughout the day, you'll work closely with field teams, customers, subcontractors, and internal partners to address challenges and keep projects moving forward. You'll review Xactimate scopes, evaluate project requirements, and use your knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and inspection requirements to ensure work is completed correctly and in compliance with applicable standards.
