**CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER** **YOUR JOB** As Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, helping guide the financial health, operational effectiveness, and long\-term growth of The Bair Foundation and its affiliated organizations. This role extends beyond traditional accounting and financial reporting—you will help shape organizational strategy, evaluate program performance, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure financial decisions support our mission and long\-term sustainability. You will oversee accounting and financial operations while working closely with program and executive leaders to understand financial performance at the program level, strengthen operational processes, mitigate risk, and support strategic decisions.
