This role is perfect for someone who’s self\-motivated, confident with customers, and wants to earn based on performance. **Responsibilities:** * Handle inbound leads and perform on\-site estimates * Create and send detailed proposals * Close residential fence jobs * Coordinate with office and subcontractors for smooth project execution * Oversee project quality and ensure customer satisfaction * Maintain updates in CRM with notes, photos, and job status **Requirements:** * Sales experience in fencing, construction, or home services * Reliable vehicle (optional) and valid driver’s license * Strong communication and follow\-up skills * Able to read property lines and understand basic construction plans **Compensation:** * Commission * Flexible schedule, Full Time Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Projected Total Compensation: From $4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
