**Yard Coordinator** **Classification** Non\-exempt **Job Summary** The **Yard Coordinator** is responsible for ensuring the yard is maintained to its highest possible level. This position is responsible for making sure the yard is clean, organized, maintains efficient traffic flow and inventory related tasks are tracked with complete accuracy. This position reports to the Service Manager and will provide support for all departments, incoming and outgoing customers/drivers and others as required. **Essential Functions** * Provide great customer support for all incoming and outgoing customers/drivers on the yard. * Assist all inbound/outbound haul trucks, complete related paperwork, take pictures and fill out daily logs with no errors. (very important for inventory purposes) * Work as traffic control and direct drivers on the yard to ensure good flow and faster service. * Complete monthly equipment, attachment and whole goods audit and report findings to Sales Support Manager. * Manage machine and attachment movement throughout the yard. * Keep display area well organized with machines organized by type, model, and size.
