**Job Overview** Peaches Patties is seeking an experienced and highly dependable Event Operations Manager — Farmers Markets \& Mobile Events to oversee the day\-to\-day execution of our farmers markets, festivals, outdoor events, and other mobile food operations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a hands\-on operations leadership role. The Event Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring each Peaches Patties mobile operation is properly staffed, packed, transported, set up, operated, and broken down according to company standards. We are looking for a proactive leader who takes ownership, anticipates problems, verifies that work has been completed, and can successfully run operations without requiring constant direction from ownership. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee Peaches Patties farmers markets, festivals, outdoor events, and mobile food operations throughout the Bay Area. * Coordinate staffing, schedules, employee assignments, and event logistics. * Manage employee call\-outs and make appropriate staffing adjustments. * Oversee preparation and load\-out for each market or event. * Physically verify food, beverages, equipment, supplies, signage, and other req...
