Description: **POSITION SUMMARY** The Accounting Manager, reporting directly to the CFO, is responsible for driving the efficiency, accuracy, and impact of the Accounting \& Finance function. This role oversees the Company’s accounting operations, including the preparation of GAAP\-compliant financial statements. The Accounting Manager will strengthen internal controls, streamline reporting processes, and enhance documentation of core financial functions. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with regular in\-person attendance required. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Oversee all financial activities, including accounting operations and preparation of accrual\- and GAAP\-basis financial statements. * Ensure timely, accurate month\-end and year\-end close processes, including creation and posting of prepaid and accrual journal entries. * Partner with Human Resources to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with state tax laws. * Guide and support the accounting team in applying sound accounting principles and industry best practices. * Maintain and recommend internal financial controls and clear separation of duties to safeguard assets, enforce polici...
