**Job Summary** **The work is award\-winning. Now we need someone to scale it.** Evergreen Renovations just took home two Structure \& Style awards from Oregon Home magazine: Major Home Remodel ($300K to $500K) and Bathroom Remodel ($125K to $175K). The design and craftsmanship are proven. So is the reputation, with a deep base of 5\-star reviews behind it. What we don't have yet is the engine to match. Demand is outrunning our current structure, and we are investing in the Design \& Build division and hiring a General Manager to develop, expand and scale up this side of the business. This is a role for one who wants to help build the company. The foundation is already here: a talented design and production team, award\-winning work, and a reputation clients prefer. You are not rebuilding anything. You are adding to it: more capacity, a sales process that scales, production systems, and a scoreboard that takes a proven division to its next level. If you have run residential design\-build or custom home operations and want to own a division with real authority and real upside, this is the job.
