**Position Summary** Reporting to the Supply Chain Leader, the Scheduling Manager will lead a team of Master Schedulers in Osborn’s Richmond, Indiana facility. They will also be responsible for aiding in the development and be the primary owner of the Supply Planning step. They will also help drive exercises in Supply Chain optimization, KPIs and dashboards across inventory analysis, manufacturing, and other cross functional requirements. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly backlog reviews along with daily production schedule meetings. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Manage a team of Supply Chain Master Scheduling professionals. * Develop and implement clear Master Scheduling standards and best practices. * Act as key liaison between Supply Chain and Operations teams. * Execute near and long\-term production roadmap deliverables. * Subject matter expert and liaison for all Supply Planning activities including all associative KPIs. * Implement Master Scheduling standards and standard work for Production Planning an. * Inventory Management: Aid in develop and execution of plan to track, reduce and manage inventory levels in the Osborn warehouse and plant footprint. * Drive ...
