**General Summary:** The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects, with a primary focus on client satisfaction, schedule adherence, and project profitability. This role manages contractual documentation, financial performance, change management, and cross\-functional coordination to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on or under budget. **Responsibilities:** § Lead project planning and execution from pre\-construction through closeout. § Attend pre\-construction meetings and facilitate clear, effective communication with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. § Prepare, issue, and manage subcontractors and purchase orders in accordance with company procedures. § Oversee change management processes, including documentation, pricing, approvals, and execution. § Develop, maintain, and update project budget, job costs reports, and financial forecasts. § Assist the accounting team with customer invoicing, billing reviews, and revenue tracking. § Obtain required permits to ensure regulatory compliance. § Provide Project Superintendents with the tools, information, and support necessary to su...
