**Title: Unanet CRM Administrator** Location: Syracuse, NY or Seattle, WA (or local to any Anchor QEA office) Job Type: Regular Full\-time **What’s the Opportunity?** Anchor QEA is seeking an **experienced, solutions\-oriented, and data\-driven Unanet CRM Administrator** to support our continued growth. Reporting to the Director of Market Sectors, this role will serve as the primary administrator and subject\-matter expert for Anchor QEA’s CRM platform, Unanet. The Unanet CRM Administrator will strengthen the systems, data, workflows, reporting, integrations, and user practices that support business development across the firm. The primary objective of this role is to transform CRM data into trusted, actionable business intelligence that increases visibility into client relationships, sales activity, pursuits, pipeline, and forecasts. Working across Market Sectors, Client Experience, Finance, Operations, and Information Technology, this individual will ensure Unanet functions as a reliable and scalable business development operating system—not simply a repository of contacts and opportunities.
