### **About This Position** The Phlebotomy Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of phlebotomy services to ensure high\-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role leads and develops staff, manages workflows, and partners closely with clients and laboratory leadership to deliver accurate, timely results while maintaining exceptional service standards.
