Description

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer\-oriented **Management Specialist II** to join our team**.** This is a **remote** position. The Management Specialist II will work in support of the Army Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center, Research and Technology Integration Directorate (RTI) under the Technology Insertion Transformation Unified Services (TITUS) contract. The Management Specialist II serves as a vital operational anchor, providing program administration, personnel logistics, and security support. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** * Procurement and Financial Management: Direct the end\-to\-end procurement process for program requirements. Evaluate vendor proposals, conduct market and cost\-benefit analyses, author justification packages for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and manage high\-value Other Direct Costs (ODCs)—such as IT equipment for critical infrastructure projects. * Property and Asset Control: Formulate, implement, and enforce Government Furnished Property (GFP) management policies across multiple teams/portfolios.
