Our Special Projects Group handles the work that keeps our clients’ facilities running — renovations, upgrades, tenant work, and fast\-turn projects delivered under a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with a long\-standing client. The rhythm is different from a single large build. Several projects move at once, schedules are short, and the client counts on us being easy to work with. The Project Coordinator sits at the center of that: you set projects up, keep the paperwork and systems straight, and close them out.
