**PURPOSE OF THE JOB** The purpose of this jobs is to assist in maintaining lease schedules, reconciling operating expenses with landlords, and additional month\-end closing processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES** * Prepare and maintain accounting schedules according to lease/amendment terms * Review and reconcile rent \& operating expense billing from property managers, including identifying \& resolving billing disputes * Assist with the monthly close process and with the preparation and analysis of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information * Prepare journal entries and accruals, both recurring and non\-recurring * Monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts * Preparation of supporting documentation for financial statements * Work closely and partner with our Real Estate and Construction team * Preparation of monthly/quarterly reports for management * Research and provide conclusions on technical accounting issues * Additional duties as assigned. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS \& SPECIAL ATTRIBUTES** * Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years of equivalent work experience), preferably in Business, Accounting, or related field * 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to...
