You’ll coordinate schedules, communicate with customers and drivers, maintain accurate records, and keep daily operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do * Coordinate residential and commercial moves from scheduling through completion. * Schedule crews, drivers, transportation, and warehouse activities. * Communicate with customers regarding services, timelines, and updates. * Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, and customer records. * Prepare moving documents, invoices, reports, and other operational paperwork. * Support storage, warehouse, and inventory activities. * Resolve scheduling issues and coordinate solutions quickly. * Help maintain high service, safety, and operational standards.
