*What Your Day Will Look Like:* : As a Senior Structural Engineer focused on water infrastructure, you will lead the planning, analysis, and design of critical water and wastewater facilities, including treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs, elevated tanks, intake structures, and other hydraulic infrastructure. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulatory agencies, you will develop innovative, resilient solutions that support essential community services and long\-term system reliability. Your day will involve performing structural analyses, developing design calculations, preparing construction documents, and conducting technical reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guide project deliverables through all phases of design, and support business development efforts through client engagement and proposal development.
