**Summary/Objective** The Vendor Development Specialist supports the Vendor Relations department by managing special projects, resolving escalated vendor issues, conducting vendor performance and coaching reviews, and identifying opportunities to improve vendor performance, coverage, and overall service delivery. This role plays a key part in strengthening vendor relationships while ensuring alignment with organizational standards, compliance requirements, and risk\-management objectives. The Vendor Development Specialist also contributes to continuous improvement efforts by identifying performance gaps, developing solutions, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to enhance vendor outcomes and minimize potential risks. **Essential Functions** * Ensure Location Services has geographical repossession coverage to accommodate client’s needs * Monitor LPR Recoveries: Review License Plate Recognition (LPR) vendors to confirm whether the agent is adhering to the LPR compliance requirements.
