**About the Role:** We are seeking a **Software Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance** and hands\-on experience in software development, digital signal processing, signals analysis, or communications systems. The ideal candidate combines solid programming skills with a working understanding of signals, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies. Experience developing machine learning models is a strong plus. This is an opportunity to join a focused, employee\-owned company and work as part of a small, highly technical team alongside Digital Signal Processing (DSP) engineers.
