Arcetyp LLC is looking for a **Senior DoD Financial Analyst / Program Financial Manager** . This position is onsite and located in Fort Detrick, MD. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Provide senior PPBE, programming, budgeting, and execution support. * Develop spend plans and POM/SPAR inputs. * Track obligations/disbursements and reconcile program funding. * Produce leadership financial reports. * Support LCCE/LCSP/IGCE and acquisition documentation. **NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** * DoD PPBE. * RDT\&E, Procurement, O\&M appropriations. * Budget execution. * Financial reporting and analysis. * Advanced Excel. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** * ACEIT proficiency. * Ability to develop financial schedules and support lif...
