*EquipNet helps the largest manufacturers in the world to buy, sell, and manage their surplus capital equipment.* We're seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with 5\+ years of hands\-on expertise servicing SCIEX and Waters mass spec systems, including TOF instrumentation, to provide remote and on\-site support to biotech, pharma, chemical, and environmental labs across the region. Key Responsibilities * Deliver expert remote and on\-site technical support for LC\-MS and GC\-MS instrumentation, with a primary focus on SCIEX and Waters mass spec and TOF systems, ensuring maximum performance and uptime. * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and application\-related issues across mass spec platforms, including SCIEX and Waters. * Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on SCIEX and Waters instrumentation to meet manufacturer specifications and regulatory standards. * Lead installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and validation of new LC\-MS, GC\-MS, and TOF systems. * Optimize instrument performance through advanced tuning, method troubleshooting, and workflow improvements on SCIEX and Waters platforms. * Provide technical training and guidance to l...
