We are seeking a **Web Upload Specialist** to assist our Digital Sales \& Marketing team with uploading and managing product listings on our company website. This role requires strong technical accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry. **Key Responsibilities:** * Upload, organize, and maintain product listings on the company’s eCommerce platform. * Ensure product information, descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and consistent. * Work closely with the Digital Sales \& Marketing Specialist to meet upload deadlines and quality standards. * Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards. * Assist with other digital product management or administrative tasks as needed. **Qualifications:** * Required: Strong experience with spreadsheets and Excel for data management and organization. * Highly Preferred: Experience using Matrixify for bulk uploads. * Preferred: Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms. * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment. * Must be able to work onsite at the Phoenix o...
