**P**erfume World We are looking for a strong, energetic Retail Sales \& Operations Manager to help grow our fragrance retail business. This is not just a scheduling or administrative management position. We are looking for someone who knows how to sell, motivate a sales team, train employees and increase store revenue. Responsibilities * Manage and motivate retail sales teams * Visit stores regularly and work directly with employees * Train employees on selling techniques, upselling and customer engagement * Set individual and store sales goals * Track daily and weekly sales performance * Improve conversion rate and average customer purchase * Recruit, interview and train new employees * Create and manage employee schedules * Identify underperforming employees and coach them * Help develop promotions and sales contests * Maintain high standards for store appearance and customer service * Report sales performance and improvement opportunities directly to ownership Who We’re Looking For We prefer candidates with experience in: * Retail sales management * Multi\-store or multi\-unit management * Fragrance, cosmetics, beauty, jewelry, luxury retail or wireless sales * Commission\-base...
