**Boyer Children's Clinic** is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and forward\-thinking **Chief Program Officer (CPO)** to provide strategic leadership across our multidisciplinary programs serving young children and their families. The CPO oversees programs comprising approximately 100 employees with an annual budget of approximately $11 million in government and insurance revenue. Working closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, program managers, and supervisors, the CPO ensures Boyer’s programs are effective, financially sustainable, compliant, and responsive to the evolving needs of our community. This role serves as an important bridge among program teams, administration, finance, government agencies, community partners, and the children and families Boyer serves.
