We help them get found by people who already care about their work, then turn that attention into trust and funding. Our founder runs content strategy himself today, and we are looking for a proven content person to take it over. We are open to a freelancer, a fractional lead, or the owner of a small shop. What matters to us is that one named person does the work, **lives in the DMV (DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia)**, and has a track record of getting views. **What you'll own** \- You set content strategy for our clients and run the monthly strategy session with each one. \- You grow views and followers on client accounts and on Blue Goose's own channels, and you report the numbers to the founder each month. \- You approve scripts, posts, and content plans before anything goes to a client or a videographer. \- You lead Blue Goose's own marketing, including our LinkedIn, our newsletter, and the founder's personal brand content. \- You hire a...
