**COMPENSATION:** $170,000 \- $190,000 \+ incentive **LOCATION:** Scottsdale, AZ **WORKPLACE SETTING:** Hybrid (4:1\) **POSITION SUMMARY** The Director of eCommerce will shape how customers discover and purchase 10X Health products across the Shopify storefront, Amazon and other marketplaces, and subscription programs. This hands\-on leadership role has direct influence over digital revenue, the customer experience, and the growth of the eCommerce function. The Director will translate business priorities into an eCommerce roadmap and personally drive improvements across merchandising, storefront experience, conversion, and retention. This person is accountable for results including conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, subscription growth, and digital revenue contribution.
