We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial interior construction projects from startup through completion, with hands\-on experience managing drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and related interior finishes. **Responsibilities** * Manage commercial interior construction projects from startup through final closeout. * Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, workforce forecasts, and execution strategies. * Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and schedules to identify project requirements and potential conflicts. * Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, general contractors, and clients. * Track job costs, labor productivity, financial forecasts, billing, change orders, and project profitability. * Manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, payment applications, change orders, and project documentation. * Oversee material and equipment purchasing, supplier coordination, and delivery schedules. * Monitor workforce needs and field productivity to maintain schedules and cost targets. * Conduct site visits to assess safety, workm...
