**Job Summary** Under general direction, this position is responsible for managing all procurement, contracting, and inventory control functions for Reeves County Emergency Services Districts Nos. 1 \& 2\. This includes oversight of procurement planning, solicitation, contract negotiation and administration, inventory management, and compliance monitoring, in accordance with Districts’ policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws. The position provides leadership and technical expertise in achieving cost\-effective, timely, and compliant acquisitions and inventory controls in support of the Districts’ operational needs. This position exercises direct supervision over assigned procurement, contracts, and inventory control staff, and works primarily in an office and warehouse environment.
