We are looking for motivated professionals who will take the lead and solve problems. **About This Role:** * Manage Land Development Site Plan projects. * Proactively resolve engineering, ordinance, proffer, and other Code issues. * Respond to information requests. * Provide input to the update of County Codes and guidance documents. * Conduct site visits. * Resolve engineering and field issues with Engineers and Site Inspectors. * Research projects. **Minimum Requirements:** High school diploma or G.E.D. and 6 years of related experience. Related experience is defined as work involving land development approval and/or construction processes, including but not limited to, plan and regulatory review, coordination with developers and/or their representatives, and project management. **Preferences:** * Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, urban planning, or a related field. * 3 years of professional experience related t...
