Pharmacist\-in\-Charge (PIC) **Allen Pharmacy \& Wellness \| Richardson, Texas** **Contract Position \| $55\-$65/hour, based on experience** This Is Not a Traditional Retail Pharmacist Position Allen Pharmacy \& Wellness is an independent, relationship\-driven pharmacy specializing in **hospice, long\-term care, non\-sterile compounding, retail pharmacy, and medication delivery services**. We are looking for an experienced **Pharmacist\-in\-Charge who wants more than a traditional dispensing role**. This position is ideal for a pharmacist who enjoys being involved in the entire operation of a pharmacy, building relationships with physicians and nurses, solving problems, leading a team, and making decisions that directly affect patient care. Our pharmacists work closely with **hospice agencies, nurses, physicians, long\-term care facilities, patients, caregivers, pharmacy technicians, delivery drivers, and couriers** every day.
