This position is responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, profitability, capital efficiency, and internal controls while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, GAAP, and SOX requirements. As a key member of the plant leadership team, the Plant Controller translates operational performance into actionable financial insights, supports strategic decision\-making, leads planning and forecasting processes, and develops a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business ownership across the facility.
