All nursing services provided will be under the direction of medical practitioner (MD, DO, NP, PA, etc.) orders. **Responsibilities** * Provides professional nursing care as defined in the state Nurse Practice Act. * Provides care in accordance with medical practitioner orders and the client’s care plan. * Maintains orders for clients and documents all changes in orders in the medical record following Agency procedures. * The scope of clinical practice includes personal care services, monitoring and reporting findings, medication administration, client teaching, emergency intervention, and specialized pediatric services such as tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and tube feedings. * Works collaboratively with ot...
