**Director of Growth** **Location:** Southwest Louisiana **Compensation:** Estimated $60,000–$200,000\+ annually **Pay Structure:** 100% Commission\-Based \| No Base Salary \| Uncapped **Schedule:** Flexible / Field\-Based We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Director of Growth to lead the expansion of our property management portfolio within our market area. This is not a traditional property management position. You will not spend your day handling maintenance calls, collecting rent, coordinating vendors, or managing resident issues. Your responsibility is growth. Simply put: **Your job is to go get properties.** You will build relationships with rental\-property owners, real estate investors, REALTORS®, lenders, attorneys, CPAs, builders, wholesalers, and other referral partners and turn those relationships into new property management business.
