We care for adult and pediatric patients and have cared for patients ranging from the age of one day old to over 100 years old. We offer a collaborative interdisciplinary team that promotes engagement and education. Our interdisciplinary team is made up of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, patient care techs, social workers, pharmacists, volunteer representatives, and chaplains. Our facility focuses on symptom management and maintaining comfort and dignity at end of life. We provide 24\-hour care and could be considered a “Hospice ICU”.
